SYNOPSIS:
In
the hilarious rock-icon parody film ROCK STAR, Chris Cole (Mark Wahlberg)
is a nobody who becomes an overnight sensation. With a menial job
fixing Xerox machines, a quarrelsome brother, and a Dodge on the fritz,
Cole still lives with his parents. He is obsessed with the heavy metal
band Steel Dragon, after which he has modeled his own band, Blood
Pollution. Then one day, Cole is asked to take the place of the lead
singer of Steel Dragon, and he is catapulted into the limelight. |
