Synopsis:
Fresh off the bus from Iowa, Joe (Jerry O'Connell) is just trying to make it in New York, but he's got no job, no girl and, worst of all, he's just moved into a slummy, squalid, seedy little box of an apartment that he shares with 50,000 roommates, an army of roaches - that don't just think and talk, but they also sing and dance!

His new roommates are determined to save Joe from the ills of the big city, including a landlord who is trying to get rid of him, and help him woo the girl of his dreams, the lovely Lily (Megan Ward). As Joe takes on the town, he learns what life's really about in the big city: SEX, BUGS and ROCK 'N ROLL!
