Good Deeds is the upcoming drama starring Tyler Perry. Perry plays a rich man that lives a "perfect" life until he meets a single mother named Lindsey. He becomes interested in her life and decides to help out.

This seems to be a very touching film. Someone who lives a perfect yet boring life until he meets someone that needs help. A great line in one of the trailers is when she says he doesn't know what it's like for her, and then asks him if he knows how much a gallon of milk is. When he can't answer, it just proves her point.

Shouldn't we all help others that are in need? After all, the Bible makes it quite clear that we are to help the poor. But what about if you're the one that needs help? That seems to be the case for a lot of people these days. All we can say is that hopefully you will be in a position where you can give back one day.

But remember, Jesus appreciates the little things, too. Do you remember the story in the Bible of the widow that gave all that she had (which was very little) in the offering plate? That meant more to Jesus than anything. You don't have to make lavish donations to please Him.
