Lily: Megan Ward, Senator Dad: Robert Vaughn, Alberto Bianco: Don Ho. Written and directed by John Payson. Based on the MTV short film "Joe's Apartment.'' Running time: 80minutes. PG-13 (for crude humor and a brief drug reference). The movie is a feature-length version of a 1992 short film made for MTV by John Payson. I do not recommend the film. I review it because of its curious use of biblical motifs (Eden, transformation, "death" and resurrection) and the cockroach revival service at the end of the film. The sing and dancing roaches are the real centerpiece of the movie. These are not ordinary roaches.

YOU HIT IT ON THE HEAD My Youth Group 'loves' this video. I think you hit it on the head, the movie is very shallow. The only way these basic basic symbols are "hidden" that makes this movie work is because the viewer is too busy laughing at the cockroaches. RELIGION DOESN'T UNDERSTAND CHRIST Religion has never really understood Christ. They have used his image to make lies about God and charge people to worship that their lies have created. I personally believe in Jesus, but not the one religion has created. I live by his principle to treat others the way I want to be treated and that is why I will be saved. Not because of the Christians distortion of truth WAY TOO RELIGIOUS You are way too religious, I doubt this is what the movie means, get a friggin' life! My name is Matt and your a nut!
