This particular batch of Scooby Doo episodes begins with a brand new episode, Spooky Games and then dives into the Laff-A-Lympics series from the 1977-8. What could be better than a batch of Scooby Doo episodes and a bunch of your favorite Hanna-Barbera characters mixed in for a Mad, Mad World kind of race?

After we see who can pole vault in the "Spooky Games," we're off to trek from Spain to the Himalayas, the whole way around the world back to Scotland. In between, we'll cover India, Israel, Africa, the United States, France, the North Pole, and everywhere else in between. And we'll have to cheer for one of three teams: the Scooby Doobies (Dynomutt and Captain Caveman included!), the Yogi Yahooeys (Huckleberry Hound and Quick Draw McGraw find their way here), and the evil Really Rottens (villains only!)

Other shows have tried the Mad, Mad World vibe (Rat Race comes to mind), but seriously, this is like getting to see the mash-up of some of your favorite shows from the 1970s. It's not the world's greatest animation or anything, but it's a throwback that will have kids laughing and parents' nostalgia tickled.

This one comes out just in time for the London Olympics; there's not much more to it than Scooby plus buddies equals fun!
