The tagline for Strong Workout Tracker Gym Log app tells you exactly what the goal of this app is. I have personally used this application for over a year and while the app can’t guarantee results or force you into the gym, it is a great motivating tool.

I use this application to track all of my workouts and I have really enjoyed the help it has been in my workouts. I use it to time myself in between workouts to ensure I’m not resting too long and motivate me to keep moving. As I track workouts and the weights I am using during each session the application will track this information and remind me next time I do the same workout which weights I used.
The application will calculate the weights you need to use for warm up weights as you work up to your goal weight in each workout. You can also use this app to input your body weight and body measurements and after each workout, the app will give you the option to take a progress photo and update your measurements.
As I mentioned earlier this application can’t force you out to the gym but it really is a great way to track progress, and it is so motivating to see how far you’ve come as you continue working out. I highly recommend this app if you are looking a little extra help in your New Year’s Resolution.
You can download this app for iPhone and Android. The free version of the app can be downloaded and used to track a few workouts and test the application. The full application can be purchased for $4.99 and the pro version can be purchased for 6.99.
